Helmsta^? FR 3050P是應(yīng)用于塑料阻燃的阻燃涂料。本產(chǎn)品無(wú)鹵、不含重金屬，不含可揮發(fā)性有機(jī)溶劑、無(wú)APEO，具有手感柔和、耐沾污、附著力強(qiáng)等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。涂覆本產(chǎn)品的塑料制品在垂直引燃時(shí)，延燃時(shí)間可達(dá)10秒，燃燒時(shí)無(wú)濃煙產(chǎn)生。本產(chǎn)品由A、B兩組分組成，使用時(shí)，根據(jù)阻燃等級(jí)的需要可將A組分與B組分按一定比例進(jìn)行混合，攪拌均勻即可進(jìn)行噴涂施工。

外觀： 白色乳狀液體，不透明

密度 (20 °C)：A組分為1.05±0.05 g/cm³，B組分為1.13 ±0.05g/cm³     

固含量： A組分為40±1%，B組分為30±1%

粘度：5000~15000 mPa.s @25 °C   Brookfield DV-II(Spindle 6, 50 rpm)

應(yīng)用工藝
將本產(chǎn)品A、B兩組分按一定比例混合后，機(jī)械攪拌30分鐘至均勻，再根據(jù)施工工藝的需要調(diào)整體系的粘度與流變性，烘道溫度在130-150°C。

儲(chǔ)存條件

－ 儲(chǔ)存于原裝密封容器中。

－ 推薦儲(chǔ)存溫度：5-35 °C。

－ 避免冷凍、熱和外來(lái)物質(zhì)。

一般信息：該產(chǎn)品對(duì)霜凍較為敏感。長(zhǎng)期冷凍會(huì)造成產(chǎn)品永久性損壞。長(zhǎng)期儲(chǔ)存于高溫環(huán)境可能導(dǎo)致粘度下降或者平均粒徑增加，也有可能導(dǎo)致沉淀或凝結(jié)。受到某些細(xì)菌、真菌或藻類污染后，產(chǎn)品可能無(wú)法使用。使用產(chǎn)品前必須攪拌均勻。

Product Description

Helmsta^? FR3050P is a water-based fire retardant coating used in plastics. There is not containing halogen and heavy metal ions. Besides, there is no VOC and APEO also. The advantage such as soft feeling, stain-resistant and high adhesion are provided when coated on plastics. The burning time could be postponed up to 10 seconds and there was no heavy toxic smoke created when burnt in a fire. The product is consisted of two packs of A and B.

Density (20 °C): Part A is 1.03±0.05 g/cm³ and Part B is 1.13±0.05g/cm³

Application

Combine the part A with B with machine about 30 minutes as an appropriate proportion while in application. And then, adjust the viscosity and rheology according to the requirements of application. The dry temperature is 130-150°C.

Storage

The storage period is 6 months from the production date at 5-35 °C temperature.
